This is the Gallery Showcase companion to my books Mastering Digital Printing, Second Edition and Digital Printing Start-Up Guide. You'll find gallery pages constantly being added that feature a variety of examples of digital imaging and printing.
These showcased examples, along with the descriptions of how they were created, are divided into three main
artist-type categories: photographers, digital artists, and traditional artists doing reproductions from other media ("giclées"). Although digital categories and classifications are a risky undertaking since they are constantly changing and inherently blurry around the edges, there are some basic differences, and these divisions act as a kind of road map to help us find our way along the digital highway. --Harald Johnson
